1. General Information
This document provides users with the Terms and Conditions for using the website in the absence of a separate valid agreement signed between Amour Couture SRL and the user.
The website www.amourcouture.ro is operated by Amour Couture SRL, located in Moșnița Nouă village, no. 1001, Hall no. 15, Building D, Moșnița Nouă commune, Timiș county, registered at the Trade Registry under no. J35/638/16.03.2012, VAT code RO29922602.
By accessing and using the site, and by placing an order, the user agrees to the terms described in this document, with all consequences resulting from this acceptance.
The administrator of www.amourcouture.ro reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time without prior notice. Users will always have access to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
In case of any dispute, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the order and written notification will apply.

3. Website Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All content on www.amourcouture.ro – including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, design elements, logos, product descriptions, audio-video files, and source code – is the exclusive property of Amour Couture SRL or its partners and is protected by Romanian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Using, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, publishing, displaying, or modifying any part of the site content for purposes other than those explicitly permitted by law or prior written consent is prohibited.
Commercial use or extraction of any information from the site without written consent is a serious violation of copyright law.
Users agree not to interfere with the site’s security mechanisms or circumvent limitations on content usage imposed by rights holders.
4. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Customers should carefully verify product specifications before purchase. For clothing items, customers are responsible for ensuring the size and model meet their needs.
In accordance with Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from product delivery, without needing to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, clients must notify Amour Couture SRL in writing at amourcouture.shop@gmail.com, stating their intent to return the product and providing order details. Items must be returned unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. dresses made to measurements) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of OUG 34/2014.
We make every effort to ensure information accuracy, but some product details may be changed by manufacturers or may include typographical errors. Product photos are for reference and may include items not part of the standard offer unless specified.
5. Service Description
Amour Couture SRL sells wedding dresses, occasion dresses, bridal accessories, and custom items both online and offline. Products can be standard or made-to-order.
6. Custom Products
Custom-made products (e.g. dresses tailored to the client’s measurements) cannot be returned according to current legislation (OUG 34/2014, Art. 16(c)).
The client is responsible for providing correct measurements. Assistance can be provided in the showroom. Later adjustments may incur additional charges.
7. Account Security
Some site features require creating a personal account. Users are responsible for all activity under their account. Keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect a breach, notify us immediately.
Amour Couture is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized third-party account use.
8. Orders and Payments
Placing an order on www.amourcouture.ro signifies a firm intention to purchase. The order is confirmed via email or phone.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (for in-stock items only);
- Bank transfer;
- Card payment (via secure processor).
Custom orders require a minimum 50% deposit. The balance is paid before delivery or at pickup, per the agreed terms.
9. Newsletters and Communication
Users can opt-in to receive newsletters with updates, new collections, promotions, etc., during account creation. This data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe at any time via:
- the unsubscribe link in every email;
- your account settings;
- by emailing amourcouture.shop@gmail.com
We do not send third-party ads unless they are official Amour Couture partners.
10. Product Delivery
Products are delivered by express courier:
- 1–5 business days for in-stock items
- 10–60 business days for custom items (depending on complexity)
Delivery cost is shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount (e.g. 500 RON).
Prices listed include VAT and are shown in RON or EUR.
11. Warranty
All products come with a 24-month warranty for individuals (12 months for companies), valid if used according to instructions.
To request warranty service, contact us at amourcouture.shop@gmail.com with product details and the issue. Shipping for warranty is covered by the client.
Compensation may be denied if misuse or improper handling is confirmed.
12. Limitation of Liability
Amour Couture SRL is not responsible for pricing, stock, or product description errors due to technical or human mistakes. Orders may be canceled in such cases with prior notice.
13. Personal Data Security
By using this site, the client agrees to data collection under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Data is used only for order processing and updates, and never shared with third parties without consent.
14. Intellectual Property
www.amourcouture.ro is fully owned and managed by Amour Couture SRL. All published materials are copyrighted and may not be reused without written permission.
Unauthorized use will be handled per Romanian intellectual property law.
