Return Policy

If the product you ordered is not exactly what you dreamed of, we want to resolve things with care and respect.

In accordance with current legislation (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and without damage;
• Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., dresses made to client measurements) cannot be returned, as per Art. 16(c) of OUG 34/2014;
• Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility, except in cases where the product does not match the order;
• Products that came with a gift must be returned along with the gift;
• If the returned product is damaged or misused, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund based on the product’s reduced value.

How to Return a Product

• Send an email to amourcouture.shop@gmail.com or fill out the return form available on our website;
• Carefully package the product along with all accessories, documents, and original packaging;
• Ship the parcel to our address after receiving confirmation from our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive your refund within a maximum of 14 business days, to the bank account you provided.

Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable, according to the law.

Special Situations

• If the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover all return and replacement costs;
• We reserve the right to refuse unjustified repeated returns or returns that don’t meet our conditions.
