2. INITIAL CARE & STEAMING
Our specialists perform a first high-temperature steam treatment to ensure a flawless finish.
3. EXPERT INSPECTION
When the gown arrives at our store, our team, wearing clean gloves, meticulously checks it for even the smallest details.
4. FABRIC-SPECIFIC STEAMING
The dress is steamed again on its hanger for 15–20 seconds at 110°C to 160°C, depending on the fabric.
5. SEALED PACKAGING
The gown is placed in a disinfected cover and sealed in a second protective layer — ensuring no further human contact before reaching our stores.
6. CLEANED AFTER EVERY FITTING
Every dress, hanger, pin, and accessory is thoroughly cleaned after each fitting.
Gowns are disinfected again after any alterations and stored in special protective covers.
7. READY FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY
Your gown is delivered in a sealed luxury garment bag, prepared for your walk down the aisle.
